Ascension Solutions Consulting is a professional development and educational consulting firm helping schools move beyond reactive behavior management into proactive, student-centered connection. We are committed to helping educators, schools, and families create inclusive, strength-based learning environments through the power of personality insight and self-awareness.

Founded by former educator and Certified Wired That Way Personality Trainer, NaTasha Grimes, we support K–12 schools and districts with learning opportunities that helps educators increase self-awareness, understanding their students, and the personality-driven dynamics that influence behavior, engagement, and classroom culture.

We specialize in working with classroom teachers, leadership teams, and new teacher cohorts to create learning environments that are inclusive, emotionally safe, and built on mutual respect.

NaTasha Grimes is a former elementary educator turned educational consultant and CEO of Ascension Solutions Consulting. With over a decade of classroom teaching experience and advanced expertise in education and human development, she is passionate about empowering K-12 educators to transform classroom management through self-awareness and personality-based strategies.

As a Certified Wired That Way Personality Trainer, NaTasha equips educators and school leaders with tools to reduce discipline issues and create environments where students thrive as their authentic selves.

Hailing from rural Virginia, NaTasha combines her deep-rooted values with proven strategies to help educators foster impactful and lasting change. Known for her keen ability to build strong, meaningful relationships, she brings connection and collaboration to every solution she provides.
