Ascension Solutions Consulting is a professional development and educational consulting firm helping schools move beyond reactive behavior management into proactive, student-centered connection. We are committed to helping educators, schools, and families create inclusive, strength-based learning environments through the power of personality insight and self-awareness.
Founded by former educator and Certified Wired That Way Personality Trainer, NaTasha Grimes, we support K–12 schools and districts with learning opportunities that helps educators increase self-awareness, understanding their students, and the personality-driven dynamics that influence behavior, engagement, and classroom culture.
We specialize in working with classroom teachers, leadership teams, and new teacher cohorts to create learning environments that are inclusive, emotionally safe, and built on mutual respect.

About the Founder
NaTasha Grimes, is the Founder and CEO of Ascension Solutions Consulting. A former elementary educator with more than a decade of experience, she now partners with school communities to build environments where students are supported based on who they are—not who they’re expected to be.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Education from Longwood University and a Master’s in Human Resources Training and Development from Amberton University, and is a Certified Wired That Way Personality Trainer. Her work is known for blending research-based practices with warmth, clarity, and grounded experience in the realities of today’s classrooms.
