About the Founder

NaTasha Grimes is the Founder and CEO of Ascension Solutions Consulting. A former elementary educator with more than a decade of experience, she now partners with school communities to build environments where students are supported based on who they are—not who they’re expected to be.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Education from Longwood University and a Master’s in Human Resources Training and Development from Amberton University, and is a Certified Wired That Way Personality Trainer. Her work is known for blending research-based practices with warmth, clarity, and grounded experience in the realities of today’s classrooms.
